Going on now with NGS!
Beltane Bash was so much fun! Thanks to everyone that helped make it a success by either performing, selling, volunteering, working and attending. You made our last event at Red Top one to remember. Community Wreathe Making the Rounds North Georgia Solitaries started a community wreathe during their ritual at the Atlanta Pagan Marketplace. The idea behind it is for people/groups/covens to add a ribbon to the wreathe symbolizing how connected we all are. We are connected to the people we like and work with, connected to people we've never met, connected to people that we don't care for. All of these people, friends, family, enemies make a community. By connecting to this wreathe we are bringing forth that community energy to manifest cohesiveness for the Pagan community. To date we've had the following adding to our wreathe. Atlanta Pagan Marketplace - 3/24/2012 Beltane Bash - 4/21/2012 LunaFyre Sanctuary - 4/29/2012 We have several other groups in several states lined up to add their energy to the wreathe. To be a part of this magick just send me an email at ladycharissa@ngsolitaries.com and we'll get a date set to get the wreathe to you. You can hold a ritual with your groups and add your ribbons to it. Feel free to add a tag to the wreathe with your groups name on it to show where its been. North Georgia Solitaries Gets a New Home! North Georgia Solitaries will be moving to Rockmart, GA. Beltane Bash was our last event at Red Top Mountain State Park. We are moving to a permanent home where we can put permanent improvements on the land to make our events more enjoyable. Litha will be held there the weekend of June 23. We will be having a work party to get the circle ready for use. We'll have hamburgers and hotdogs for dinner and potluck for the sides. As we are asking everyone to come prepared to work, that is the energy exchange we are asking this time around so no monetary donations are required. Please do come prepared to work though. Projects to work on that day: Putting up a 40 foot section of privacy fence on the east side of the circle picking up limbs, pine cones, sticks removing small stumps in circle removing a fallen tree from circle
NGS Rummage Sale Coming up in June! Now taking donations for the rummage sale. If you are cleaning out stuff and hauling it away or donating it to Good Will, consider donating it to NGS.

Our mission is to provide a place that is open to solitaries of all traditions to learn and celebrate together. We provide this place in an open environment that lifts the veil of secrecy for those in our lives that are not Pagan and allows them to see what we are about in hopes of removing the ignorance that breeds fear so that one day we may all practice as openly as others are allowed to practice their faith.
